Why can't I see any of my messages?

Why can't I see my text messages?

• Since yesterday my phone (android) started acting weird when I wanted to view my messages with a specific person. I would tap the person in the messages section and it'd say "loading" but it never goes. So I can't see the messages. And this only happens with this one person. I'm having no other problems with anything else in my phone. I have signal and everything. I've even called like 3 times to update roaming capabilites (verizon). Then when nothing else worked I would turn off my phone, and even take out the battery. I don't know what to do?

  This could be the device problem... I would recommend you to report that problem to the mechanical/device service since they might have some idea of how to fix that problem... Good luck!
