How can I transfer my contacts and pictures from old cell phone?

  • I got a new phone today as a gift. I still have my old phone. On my new phone my dad didn't transfer the contacts or anything else. How can I do this. Actually this morning I got a text message from someone who had my number. * To sum it up, How can I transfer my contacts and old pictures from a verizon phone?

transfer everything from ur old phone onto ur computer. u need a USB key. then, transfer the stuff on the computer to ur new phone. just plug in ur phone, everything will show, trust me

the store can or you can do it via email on ur phone if you have email. You can also download them onto the computer and then download them onto your new phone

If you're using the same SM card, just put it back into your old phone, save the contacts to the card and tada:D

Verizon has a service for this. You pay like $5 a month for it. They backup your contacts etc.. I'm pretty shure you have to have the old phone working and connected to the network to transfer to the new phone :\ As far as pics go.. There is an online photo album you can upload photo's to.. Or you can transfer them to an SDcard if both phones allow the,.

This is what sim cards are for =) On your old phone, save everything you want to put on your new phone, to the sim card (if you know how to do that). Then, you can just take out the sim card and put it in your new phone.
