Is there anyway to make an iphone more durable?

How do I make an AT&T iPhone an Verizon iPhone?

  • I want to know how to make an unactivated AT&T iPhone (3G) that I found into a Verizon iPhone, since my phone is from Verizon. Should I transfer SIM cards or what?

  • Answer:

Sadly it's not possible, because AT&T uses a type of network called GSM that uses SIM Cards. Verizon uses a type of network called CDMA which doesn't use SIM Cards. That's the reason why a lot of people switched to arguably the worst carrier in the US. Hope I helped.

You cant. They run off completely different technologies. Now, if you can find someone to unlock the phone for you (which requires knowing a lil about the software process of the phone) you *can* use it on tmobile's network. ADD BS. If you know how to unlock phones, then you would know that you cant use an att phone on the verizon network

you can't. at&t phones won't work with verizon because at&t runs on a gsm network, and verizon runs on a cdma network. and you "found" it, interestingg.

Impossible.

you can try to jailbreak it, i'm not sure if it will work seeing as one uses a sim card & the other doesn't.

TheSkysTheLimit

i'm afraid you cant , both AT&T and Verizon uses different technology

You can't. At all. iPhones are GSM phones & Verizon is a CDMA network.
