Do I get extra charge if I cancel an order from amazon.com?

T-mobile overrated charge and wont help me.I NEED HELP PLS.?

• Hi,. My story started last October 2010.On Thursday. I ordered a new phone at T-mobile , it was HTC-HD2.I told the agent if I can get the phone before Tuesday because I have a flight abroad , and the agent replied: yes.It was Monday then but I didn't received any phone yet.So I decided to call T-mobile again just to cancel the order and terminate the contract and the agent did cancel and terminate the contract.So I was relieved but after a few mins. I received a shipping info that my phone will arrived at Friday.So I called them again and I told them that I just called recently my phone order was been canceled and my account has been closed already and I have a flight by Tuesday and I'll be gone for months for schooling. Agent then told me that she cant cancel the order and they cant contact the warehouse....and told me if some1 will be able to received the package while I'm away or just don't accept it. I told them that my mom was there and told my mom dont accept any packages. After 4 days my Mom got the package mistakenly and never opened it...she then call T-mobile how to return the package , and the agent was helpful to send her return number and address ; and so the package has been returned buT they also told my mom that i have to call them to terminate my line. "Seriously?" I just did before my flight! I did just ignore them because I already settled things before my flight and the phone was returned unopened with return number. After 5 months I Graduated from College and came back home in Houston ,Texas 2011. And then we started to received $800+ charged from T-mobile by a collecting group agency. And I'm shock. I did ignore it too maybe it was mistaken or it was a scam after all.And so the letters has stopped. But I got an odd feeling something is really wrong so I called them earlier this March 2012.I called T-Mobile and was surprised that my account is still active after I canceled it. And they told me they can't helped me anymore and I have to call the debt collecting company (MCM collection agency).I called the collection agency and speak with and Indian accent guy. Anyway I give my information and told me that I have to sent them a letter and the reason that the said charge is wrong and a billing statement from t-mobile( they haven't sent me my last statement after i canceled my account or access my online account profile). I'm so frustrated about what happened and I really need help on how to end this madness.T-mobile is just toying with there costumers. Can some1 help me or point me to the right direction? ps: sorry for my bad grammar. Thank you, Mikhail

  hell no!!! Don't take that bullshit I don't work for t mobile but I work for another cell phone company and I will tell you right now if you call customer service and they give you that crap its probably just that rep imperticular acting like an ***, call back and talk to someone else if that doesn't work ask for a manager and complain complain complain complain complain and they will get it fixed this is not your fault it is their fault they should be able to look into your old account find notes of you calling about wanting to cancel the account and should also be able to look at the past bills that were sent out and see that no minutes were used. if by some chance it turns out that minutes were used then obviously its fraud someone else was using your number until it got cancelled for no payment so ask to be transferred to the fraud department. I hope it helps if I did work @ tmobile I would try to fix the problem for you but I don't sorry
