How much does it cost to cancel cell phone plan at alltel?

• I got a phone last August from Alltel and currently am on a two year plan. My phone is slowly dieing and I would like to purchase the LG Glimmer. By doing that I am going to have to cancel my current plan with my current LG phone. Does anyone know how much it will cost me to cancel my plan?

  Typically the early disconnect penalties at Alltel cost $200 and is not prorated. It can however be billed. If you want to get another phone you don't have to disconnect. You will have to pay full price for the phone instead of the discounted price because you are still under contract. If you just want to fix your phone, you do have a one year manufacturer's warranty. You can bring it to a store and they can fix it or replace it. Another option if you want a Glimmer is to buy one on e-Bay. Make sure it's an Alltel phone.
