How do i change a password on my cell phone?

I forgot my cell phone's password! does anyone know how to take it off or change it? PLz help?

    if your phone is asking for a pin you can turn it off and back on then press the menu button and select phone lock code then as long as you have never changed your phones security code you can use the default "000000" (thats six, zeros)

you can take it to the place you got it from and they might know something...otherwise, my phone's password is the last four digits...it's on verizon though. so...i guess i don't know. sorry.

This is just a guess. It may be different in America but you could try this.. somewhere on most phones they have an option to reset factory settings which MIGHT reset all passwords etc back to 0000 or 1234, whatever it was before you changed it. Although if the phone is not switched on then you won't be able to do this. Try the motorolla site.
