samsung exclaim its a cool dual slider phone you should totally get it its 79.99 and under 300 and it not touch screen and from sprint and comes in 2 colors blue and a pinkish purple hope this helps

Look everything is almost touchscreen these days. I'd get one of these: lg xenon samsung impression palm pre or upcoming htc lancaster

Sidekick LX is a good option. LG enV2 / Voyager are also good. LG Rumor / Samsung gravity are good too. Now, what carrier do you have coz you cannot use CDMA phones with GSM network. If you need phones cheaper without contract, you can mail me or talk with me on Yahoo!
