How to get YouTube Videos on Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Mobile ?

  • I need to download videos from Youtube for my Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Mobile phone. But, if I save, it saves in mp4 format and if i copy this onto the memory card, only audio plays and no video is played on the mobile. Can anybody help me out with an easy out way ?

    Well, I think it also depends on the app you use to save YouTube videos u want. Basically YouTube videos are in flv format so you need an app like let's say Tunebite that is able to download and convert YouTube videos to avi or any other formats you need to use on the different devices you have. Now since you want to use those YouTube videos on your phone, you need to convert them to a file format your phone can recognize and play. As far as I know the phone u mentioned supports video files in mp4 and 3gp formats. Maybe your problem was caused by the app you used to download the YouTube videos u needed. You should try Tunebite instead, its YouTube downloader does a great job. It is able to record and save YouTube videos to avi, 3gp and a whole bunch of other formats and it should be able to solve your problem. Maybe the downloaded videos which can't be supported by your nokia phone, I think nokia phone can't support your downloaded youtube video format, I have checked your Nokia 5130 manual, Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Mobile support 3GP or MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264), so you just need a right software to convert the downloaded youtube videos to the 3GP or MPEG-4 (AVC/H.264), then you can get the downloaded youtube videos onto Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Mobile.
