Can I get a cellular phone online without a credit card?

Does anyone know how do get a cell phone without a credit card. (besides qwest or a Tracfone)?

If you are talking about purchasing something on ebay via PayPal, PayPal doesn't absolutely require a credit card - you can also link your PayPal account to your checking account, and then PayPal will act like a debit card in that it will pay people directly from your checking account. However, if you choose this method you will have to keep a very close eye on your checking account and make sure you are diligent in tracking your purchases so you don't wind up overdrawn.

go to a dealer of the wireless carrier of your choice and you should find answers there..........i dont have the best of credit or a credit card and the carrier i chose signed me up for a 1 yr contract with a limited spending amount on the plan i chose......thats been almost 2 yrs ago and im still with that carrier now without a contract, im on a month to month basis without a spending limit
