How to use *72 (call forwarding)?

  • Ok...I need to transfer all my calls from my cell phone to my house phone...but tha problem is that my mom have mi cell phone && its off...So how do i do it...?!?!

1. dial *72 2. call the number you want the calls to be forwarded to 3. the person has to pick up the phone for 5 seconds 4. after 5 seconds it will activate and your calls will be forwarded 5. dial *71 to end *Note, this service may cost extra if its not provided with your phone service

Call customer service at 1800-922-0204. You will have to know the primary account holder's ssn to get them to do it though.
