Can a unlocked sidekick work in canada?

Rogers in canada is a GSM netowrk and I really want to get the 2008 sidekick to use in canada. Does anyone know any reasons as to why an unlocked sidekick would not work like other unlocked GSM phones in canada?

Answer:
An unlocked sidekick won't allow you to browse on the internet and send picture messages. However fido might allow you to send picture messages.

Works perfectly fine. I've unlocked over 40+ sidekicks alone and no one has complained. Buy the phone then contact me if you're interested. I'm on the Rogers network as well : ) [email protected]
