Is there a way to trace/find out who's calling me from blocked id?

• Is there a way to trace/find out who has been calling me from blocked id? About a month ago, this guy started calling me from blocked id. He knows me even by my nickname (which only my close friends and family know about) and he speaks my native language too. At first, I thought it was my bf because he sounded exactly like him when he just woke up (the first time he called was at 6 am on Saturday morning), so I assumed it was him and talked to him like it was him, escpecially since he'd say things like "just keep talking I just want to hear your voice". Before, he'd call twice a day and it wasn't that bad. He'd usually just say "hello" and ask how I was doing, and eventually all he said was "hello" cause I'd pick up just to try to recognize his voice. After about two weeks, he stopped for a week, and then called back again to say he hates me. Well, last week, he started calling again at 4 am and he's talking about perverted things, and I feel like now, I'm being sexually harassed by this guy. I tried calling my cellphone provider, but they said they can't do anything about it. My bf told me to just report it to the cops. The thing is, I want to find out who it is first before I do that. Part of me would feel really guilty if this guy is someone I really know. Is there a way to trace this call... preferably for fee? Thanks. Sorry if it's a little too long.
