Which Metro PCS phone is the best to get on the $40/mo plan?

I'm currently thinking about switching to metro pcs. I want to get a phone that has fast web browsing, google maps capability, video capability (youtube) and ability to upload facebook pics. I know metro has many diffrent plans but I want the $40 one, with the features I just described. Any suggestions? Thanks I would gladly apreciate the help.

There is no phone that can do the things you said above for the 40 dollar plan all there basic phones sucks if you can pay a extra 20 a month you get unlimited everything and 4g Likr the LG connect
