• okay, well my blackberry curve 8520, i got it in september off my nan for my 13th:) and then at the start of the year the 'e' and the delete button went dodgey and wouldnt work unless i pressed down really hard, one day my phone froze so restarted it, and when it come back on it only let me scroll across the page and the only buttons that would work was the 'e' and the delete button, so i left it for a few days and it worked for about an hour when i turned it back on then froze, so i googled it and its a somethin to do with the software+they said to update it so i have but it still dont work! what else can i do or should i just beg my dad for a new one? HELP ME.

  Go straight to the shop it had been bought in and tell them what's happened, they will fix your phone and give you another of a lower standard for a while and then you will receive your phone back after around about 2 weeks, and it would be fine.
