Answer:
-storm lacks wifi so dont get that unless u wna pay a lot more every time u access internet. it has a nice touchscreen but has no physical keyboad, it has an onscreen keyboard and on screen keyboards r almost always harder to write with than an actual keyboard. -iphone lacks several features and is v expensive (about $1400 including the 2 yr plan, has a crap 2mpx cam, no video record, useless bluetooth, several cons for msging, no multitasking which is something that every other smartphone can do... etc) also has no physical keyboard and the keyboard does not rotate sideways wen msging so it stays nice and small lol. -htc g1 currently lacks too many apps (comes without a video playing app!), has poor battery life and no video recording. also no 3.5mm jack -lg renoir is gud 4 taking pictures but its unusual screen resolution of 240x400 makes finding apps for it hard. also its touchscreen is not as sensitive as most wud like it to be. (partially bcos it is pressure sensitive which is 1 of the oldest types of touchscreen). it lacks a physical keyboard and its unsensitive screen makes typing on it harder. u shud buy this phone if u wna take lots of pics and video but not for editing documents/spreadsheets, broswing web (cos of its unusual screen res also zooming on something in the browser is harder cos it zooms but not where u were reading so u hv to find that again), etc. also to watch movies or listen to music u either need a special headphone or a headphone adapter cos it doesnt hv a 3.5mm jack. what i recomend (not in order): *htc touch hd -has a big 3.8" screen with gr8 resolution of 800x480 (=2.5x res on iphone!) -about same size as iphone 3g so u shudnt hv trouble carrying it around despite its big screen size -5mpx cam (=better than all the phones above besides lg renoir) -3.5mm jack -touchflo 3d which is nice to use and it is v productive cos it has winmo 6.1 -ships with an 8gb memory card -it has no physical keyboard but it has the biggest on screen keyboard (bcos it has the biggest screen out of the phones in the list) and u can chose from several dif input methods like handwriting recognition full specs: http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_touch_hd-2525.php *nokia n97 -u wanted the latest touchscren phone with a keyboard and so this has recently been anounced but is not available yet - so its gna b v new -a gud 3.5" screen with better res than iphone -keyboard slides at an angle to give u better viewing angle -32gb internal memory and expandable up to 48gb by memory cards -has physical qwerty with a d pad -v gud 5mpx cam -3.5mm jack full specs: http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n97-2615.php *palm pre -anounced yesterday! and is not available yet so this is gna b the latest phone that has a v gud touch screen and a keyboard -has a v gud OS with better multitasking than most other phones -physical arc sliding qwerty keyboard -touch gestures as well as multitouch on a capacitive 3.1" touchscreen -8gb internal memory -wireless charging wen u buy optional dock and back cover -3.5mm jack -full specs: http://www.palm.com/us/products/phones/pre/index.html

I would recommend the Sony X1. If you want to use it for internet and msn then it would be wise to get a contract (o2 do an unlimited data tarriff with 600 mins and 500 texts for £35) but you would need to get someone over 18 to take out the contract for you.
Hi, I just got myself an LG Renoir as a present. Yes, the lg renoir suits everything that you wanted. It has a numerical keyboard when you hold the phone horizontally while texting etc. But, the phone changes into a full QWERTY keyboard when you hold the phone vertically. The touch screen is very responsive as well. You do not need to use the stylus to touch accurately. When using the numerical keyboared for texting, my big fingers had no problem with hitting the correct button. The Wifi browser they provide is very fast. It is a lot faster then than the iPhone 3G when it comes to loading new pages. Old pages load even faster as they will be cached by the lg renoir. The Wifi browser also allows you to download things from the browser directly into the lg renoir. The music player is the best I have ever seen so far. With te Dolby Mobile, the music player has extra bass for the music, making it sound like a mini home theatre. If you use the stereo headset they provided you, you will be able to enjoy your music or videos without any noise from the outside world. Moreover, the lg renoir supports a lot of music and video for ats such mp3, aac, wma, mp4, Divx, Xvid etc. If you happen to have a file which is not supported by the lg renoir, you can convert them into the Divx format by the Divx converter they supply you with. They have some preloaded games which is okay. But you can download more games online. The 8 mp camera I have seen is the best cellphone camera I have seen so far. the contrast and lighting ability, as well as the face detection and beauty shot etc are a lot better than the sony ericsson C905. My cousin just bought a C905, and it is not useful as it is not touch screen, making the Wifi crippled. The phone is also not very user friendly as it takes a while to learn how to use the C905 effectively. In conclusion, the lg renoir should be the perfect phone for you to purcahse if you want the state of the art, user-friendly, multimedia device.

I have to say go with the storm. Not that I have anything against the iphone...I think it is a great product. Having just gotten a storm last week (my first blackberry) I am overwhelmed and amazed at all it can do. I have found the browser to be fantastic and fast, it can run multiple apps at the same time (unlike the iphone) and the navigator is just great. I had heard a few "unhappy" people about the touch screen and although it is not a sensitive as the iphone's, within an hour I was texting like a champ and I burn through about 100 text messages a day. And the fact that your email is linked is something I never thought I would care about, now I wonder how I lived without.

i got an LG KP500 Cookie phone yesterday! it is a touch screen phone. it has a qwerty keyboard but not one where it slides out. theres different ways of writing a message. instead of pressing buttons to get letters u can actually write ur message using the pen that comes with it! has very good sound quality, games etc! took a quick glance at the camera function and it seems really good! u can get it at the carphone warehouse for £97. good luck!

The Storm does all of those things, though there are limited applications/games at present - but RIM are soon to release an App Store application which will improve this.
