How can I get anonymous people to stop calling and harassing me?!?!?

• Hi. I've been getting anonymous phone calls lately from someone claiming that my name was in some newspaper for Clydesdale Horse Storage in Minnesota, and other bogus stuff, telling me that she married her brother, moved from Alabama, and her name is Mary Beth, and tells my boyfriend to hump a horse, and begs me to take in her horses. I have a very good idea of who it may be. She knows my first name, my boyfriend's name, the city I live in, and so on. Occasionally people will call and just sit there and pound on the keys or breathe a "HELPPP MEEE." It's ANNOYING and I threatened to call the cops. How can they track it? I want her to have harassment charges on her, and maybe stalking?...it's just stupid. I have Cingular Wireless, and i've tried *77, and the other one but my phone won't allow it. Is there anything I can do besides rejecting the calls?! :(

  u don't have to call the cops! go to donotcall.gov- they can help block #s from calling u. if the # repetly still calls u, u can sue the website for $11,000. i signed up- no more billcollectors, credit card companies, no more blocked calls,etc etc
