Try sending your text messages online....if you know your receiver's phone co, then you can just go to their website w/o leaving a call back number.

most phones have the option to not send your number when calling/texting. Turn the "send number" off and the other party doesnt know who is sending/ calling.

Do not count on hiding it unless you send it from an alternate source such as.. going to the website of the wireless carrier who you are sending the text to. On that site depending on who they use you can chose the option to send a text to a user. It will not show any details other then what you type.

No mobile network will allow mobile number to hidden when sending text message. HOWEVER, multi media message originating number can be hidden but only available on certain network.
