Is it possible to tap a cell phone?

    Yes you can tap a cell phone, but getting intelligible information from the 2 and 3G phones is almost impossible. The coding process of the signal is difficult at best to decipher. As for the duplicate phone, the IMEI of the phone and SIM number must match what is in the switch or you will not be able to make a call on the network.
