How do I make my pTunes a ringtone on my palm centro?

I just got a new palm centro phone and had one of my friends send me a ringtone. The ringtone is automatically saved to pTones, but I want to make it a ringtone. Is there a way to do this? Please help.

Ventones.com its my favorite site for free ringtones its free and save they dont send any ads or spam always works for me and they also have wallpapers and slideshows.. its really cool
