Is the Tour from Verizon a good blackberry and phone?

I am getting a new phone and I am getting a blackberry. I really want the Tour, but there is also the new Curve. I like the Tour better but I rather get a better phone. I want to know for everyone that had/has this phone, is it good? Should I just get the new Curve? Please help! I am getting it tomorrow or tuesday so... I need this question fast! Thank you
