Will Verizon get the iPhone?

I have a simple verizon flip phone. What can i do to get an iphone or upgrade my phone? How much will it cost?

Can anyone tell me, if an Iphone costs too much, what phone I should upgrade too. and how much it will cost?

Personally, I'm not a fan of iPhone, and you could only get it legitimately on AT&T. The cheapest iPhone is the iPhone 3G (8GB) for $100 + 2 years. You could get refurbished for half that, but contact sales about refurbished phone policies. Assuming you want a smart phone with media, and touch screen, that would be the cheapest one. If you want to now stray away from the iPhone, the RIM phones have a good media player, but only the 95xx are touch screens. Also, almost all Android OS phones are touch screen, and they are on every carrier except AT&T (2009-10-14).
