How do I put pictures from my phone on my computer?

Razr V3c uscellular phone. Does anyone know how without the web on my cell to put pictures on my computer?help

• I have a 2.0 usb chord from the phone to pc. I can't find where to download the "exact" software to put pictures on my pc. The phone companies and most stores want us tro buy a cd rom, which may or may NOT work, to make the phone send pictures or data thru a cable to our pc. However, I've read many of the RAZR phones even with the same name, don't all do this. There's a different software I guess, for each RAZR Vm, V2c, V3i, etc. Why can't I just connect my phone, and my xp pc would take in the videoes and pictures?

  There is 1 program I know you can use and that's Motorola Mobile Phone Tools it's well worth the price you pay as it does many things through the media center. You can also find a couple of other programs that can be used I'm just not 100% sure they are compatible. BitPim is a free program but again not sure if your phone is support you can find many answers to cellular questions by registering at HowardForums.com. They have all US carriers and most phone models listed very informational site for beginners and advanced alike.
