How do I hide a message I am sending?

How can I hide my caller id when sending a text message?

  • I know I can hide my caller id when making calls by dialing *67 but is there a way to do it for text messages????

no cellphone company or service priovider supports this because of the cell regulation that was made. u best luck is to go online and send a textmessage online for free and they reciever wont know who send it

Actually, you can send a 1-word or 2-word message if you input it as a contact and send a business card.

You could send a text message through the internet and you can put in different info if you want. I have verizon and i know you can do it from their website. Click the link below

I don't think you can do this niether.. I actually never had caller ID on my cell phone but when text came in it said the number they were coming from or if I had the number stored it said the name I had it stored as. Why would you wanna block your number?

You can do it via the internet on numerous websites such as http://textforfree.net/ . You can't do it on your cell phone as far as I know.
