How's the samsung sway?

Question about glitch with the samsung sway?

• So everyone I know who has the samsung sway has the problem with the lines appearing in front of the screen when the phone dies or is turned off. My phone wouldn't stop trying to send a message when I kept pressing end...five minutes went by so I turned my phone off. Turned it back on, and of course, the lines showed up. So I went to press the camera button, because I knew that was the trick to fix it, but now a half hour has gone by. I've been turning my phone on and off and trying again and again...but the camera isn't helping this time. The lines are still there! anything else I can do?

  mine does the same thing and its my second sway. let me know if you find another way to fix it lol
