How to remove fragment from backstack Android?

How can I remove 'Lets Golf' from my Android phone?

• Normally I wouldn't care about a free game being installed on my phone however upon further inspection, this app actually has access granted to edit sms or mms, read sms or mms, receive sms and send sms messages from my phone and I'm incredibly uncomfortable having this application I will never use having access to these things. This is my first android phone so I'm not quite up to speed with how to use the phone since I've only had an iphone in the past. I tried uninstalling it like all other downloadable applications but I'm not given the option to delete this one, only force stop. Also, If possible, I'm trying to avoid warranty canceling methods to remove it but if thats the only option I have I suppose I can give it a try. Thanks.

  The only way is to debrand your phone which technically voids your warranty, however the geeks have now found numerous ways to "rebrand" your phone perfectly so that it is impossible to tell that it ws ever tampered with (I've tried this when sending my phone back due to a fault and was never questioned). Debranding is relatively easy and googleable, i'll provide a few links as examples but feel free to message if you have any problems.
