Usually you can call your number and when it gets to the voice mail hit # and it will ask you for your password.

call your phone and press # or * when your message starts then you'll be asked for the password....

This is a simple action. My memory's a little fuzzy, so forgive me if I say wrong, but I am positive on one of the two. Call your phone form any phone. Wait for the voice mail message to play. Here's where it gets fuzzy. You either press the star button, or the pound button. I think it's star. It will ask for your password to your phone, then you're in. Hope this helps.

You should be able to call and when the voicemail comes up press like pound or something and put in your password. I actually had a phone one time that I was unable to check voicemail on and this is how I had to do it.
