Any way to save contacts when phone is water damaged and won't turn on?

I have the LG Venus from verizon and idk if i just need a new battery or if the phone is done. I just want my contacts

Answer:
fill a tupperware container with rice. put the phone in there for a day. that will absorb the moisture and it might fix your phone. if that doesn't work, then try taking it to a verizon store.
