Viewing multiple attachments on Droid Eris?

If you receive a text message with a string of 10 attachment on a Droid Eris, I am limited to having to touch every attachment, view the picture, then press the back button and repeat this process for the whole string of pictures. Is there a way to go about viewing all of the attachments continuously without having to close and open each picture individually? These are text messages with pic attachments.
