Which is better sidekick lx or sidekick 2008/gekko?

  • ok, this isn't an iPhone vs. Sidekick LX im going to tell you my story in the shortest way (sorry if it still ends up long) this ensures that you will know my issue, and give me the best feedback im open to all your opinions, please help out so, i returned my Sidekick iD that i had because i was tired of it i bought a Sidekick LX, used it for about 3 weeks and before the 30 day warranty ended, my dad got my report card, and saw 2 of my classes were weak, so as a disciplinary action, he returned it. Now close to Christmas, winter break is almost here, i have 2 more weeks of school left, ive been improving i get the choice of getting basically ANY T-Mobile phone (which i find the LX the best at the moment) but my dad's best friend said he promised to get me an iPhone im on the T-Mobile plan with my family so should i?... 1. Stay on T-Mobile, have my dad buy the LX, and just be an extra $20 or 2. Switch to my dad's friends account and pay $30 for texting + $10 for the extra line = ~$40

    well thats really nice of your dads bestfriend..but in my opinion i would stick to the lx.. the iphone is really really nice but if your going to text a lot then the lx would be easier.. its really kinda hard to text on the iphone..

I would say 1 I would stay with the Sidekick LX but its your desision good luck chosing one

get the LX. in england the iphone was a massive flop as half the features dont work and you cant record videos.

GET AN iPHONE! They are amazing. You will be happy. They have great battery life. The multitouch screen is amazing. Calling and textmessaging is very simple and easy. Internet is fast and the best out of any phone. And there is a lot of rumors on the market about iPhones cracking easily, huge bills, etc... None of those are true. The iPhone is built out of aluminum and Optic Glass which is the toughest materal to break and scratch. There is no better phone on the market. Don't listen to all the iPhone haters. My bill is always the same every month. Plus you can take off $20 a month if you do not want the edge internet. Which makes the iPhone very cheap to use. I don't think there is any other carrier out there cheaper. You will still get High Speed Wifi internet for free. I can guarantee 99% of people who tell you not to get an iPhone because they do not have one and are jealious. Don't get a Sidekick!
