Have you paid for Vodafone Evouchers and recieved no credit?

My girlfriends PAYG phone is with Vodaphone in the UK, she used to buy top up cards and then Vodafone changed them to Evouchers. She has tried to top up several times buying £15 Evouchers but Vodafone just take her money without giving any calling credit. She complained to Vodafone giving all the details of the EVouchers and they said they could understand her frustration and offered her £10. Offcoms advice is to put the matter through Vodafone's complaints procedure but when she asked Vodafone to do this they stopped responding to emails. Has anyone else been robbed by Vodafone like this and did you manage to get your money back from them?
