How To Add Applications To Samsung Galaxy Young?

Question about app downloads on Samsung Galaxy S2?

  • Thanks for any assistance, this is all quite new to me! I have downloaded some free apps on my new Samsung Galaxy S2. Some of them just show up right away in my applications menu, such as the BBC news. But other apps that I have downloaded, like moving wallpapers and a retro clock do not show up anywhere? They are not in my applications menu and although they are LISTED under my settings>applications, I have no option anywhere to start the app running, or add the app to anything on my phone. I have been looking online to no avail and it's really starting to annoy me! Please let me know if you need any extra details or anything. Thank you!!

  • Answer:

Retro clock sounds like a widget, and the other app is a wallpaper. To access these on an android phone you have to go to the home screen and hold down on an empty space. This should bring up the wallpaper and widgets menu
