How do I download ringtones to my Razr?

Can you get Sarah McLachlan ringtones/ringback tones on a T-Mobile RAZR?

I checked T-Mobile's website, because I'm thinking of getting the Miami Ink (cherry-blossom) RAZR (love the DESIGN!). I would REALLY love to have "Adia" as a ringtone, but T-Mobile only lets you browse their ringtones and other stuff on a T-Mobile phone. (My current one is an old Cingular analog) So, do any of you know, or can check on your phone, if T-Mobile has any of Sarah McLachlan's songs, and which ones if they do? I know Verizon offers the songs I want as ringtones.. but I'm dying to have the Miami Ink RAZR, and T-Mobile's the only carrier that offers it. One more detail... I live in Los Angeles, if that helps.
