I Can't Play Youtube videos with my LG Rumor Touch from Virgin Mobile! Is anyboy else having this issue?

Alright I am furious with virgin mobile right now. The first day I got the phone witch was sunday, I was able to watch youtube all of the time, then I was only able to watch it once in awhile, and now it won't work. I suggest that people call virgin mobile and leave a complaint or something so they will have to fix it. I tried everything to try to fix it and if anybody does fix it please let everybody know.

my phone is doing the same crap. I have the unlimited everything plan for 60 dollars a month. Virgin mobiles website says u can watch youtube videos. Then y in the hell ant it doing so? I just bought my lg rumor touch yesterday. Watching videos on youtube was the main reason y i bought this phone! This phone is 2 expensive to not work properly! I called virgin mobile 2day and they said they were gonna do a investigation own the problem and would contact me within 1-3 days. Well see how that goes......

I have the same cell phone, plan, and problem.

I bought mine May 28th. I have the exact same problem. Neither version of YouTube works. The Rumor Touch tries to download the YouTube video into its Media Player. I don't know if that would work. I may just return the phone to Best Buy during the 14-day return window.

this also happened to me. the first three days youtube worked perfectly on my rumor touch and then all of a sudden it stopped working. i contacted customer service and they said they will try to find the problem in 1-3 days. and im still waiting.

Same issue here. It worked at first, now it doesn't. It's definitely one of the reasons I bought the phone. Does anyone else have the issue with Opera mini where you type into a form or login and it tries to take you to a different site? That's super annoying too.

I'm having the exact same problem, which is annoying, seeing as it was a determining factor in me choosing this phone over another model. Sad to say that I cannot figure out how to fix it either - and the getjar option doesn't work, as the phone does not seem to support .jar files, despite the Rumor Touch being listed as one of the compatible phones on the site. You may have to just keep bugging customer support until you get somebody who knows what they're doing... and I may do the same.

try using the opera mini browser.

most people may have a micro sd card in their phone...when i took mines out it played the youtube videos it doesn't play when its in and when u take it out and it still doesnt play take ur battery out and put it back in then try again
