Can anyone tell me on how to unlock my cell phone NOKIA MODEL 6110?

After 5 tries, your phone will be permanently locked (unless you buy an expensive kind of cable). You should start with the last code (7th) and it should usually work. If you have questions, try searching the forum for your nokia model.
