Why won't my bluetooth work?

Why wont custom ring tones work on my Moto Razr when my bluetooth is on?

  • Motorola phone tools has allowed me to add a variety of rings to my Razr, but they won't ring while I'm using my bluetooth headset; it reverts to a standard ring. Turn off the bluetooth, they work fine. Since I usually have the headset on, I'm hoping there's a way to make these two features work together. What am I missing?

    does you phone revert to a different ringtone profile when your bluetooth is connected? It is probably a setting either with your bluetooth menu in your phone, or with your ringtone menu. Who is the RAZR through, (verizon, cingular, etc...) and have you tried ti with a wired headset to see if the same problem occurs?
