What's the cheapest app capable phone I can get with prepaid network?

• I want an android or smart phone where I can watch you tube videos, get all the free apps like iphone like the app that tells you where constallations are in the sky, pandora, free gps apps, pretty much any free apps I can get. I want to be able to have unlimited web, texting, all under a no contract, prepaid plan. I always haven't been able to afford these phones, I got walmart straight talk, but just a basic LG phone. I want to find a prepaid company that offers smart phones or androids, don't know which one I want, but I want a touch screen phone, that's easy to type the letters. I had this terrible touch screen phone through straight talk once, and the screen was really sensitive, and typed half a**, but I've used other people's touch screens that were easier to type on. Any suggestions of the cheapest app capable phones will help, and the cheapest plan. I don't want to get in trouble going over my data plan because I had that trouble when I used to be with verizon and got charged extra a month.

If Straight Talk does not show you Android phones there are no prepaid Android phones that will work in your calling area. Net10 will offer the same Android phones. But if you can get a cheaper phone it may be worth switching to Net10. I use Net10 because I can always find Net10 phones on sale. I also do not have to buy all of my minutes for my prepaid cell phone at Wal-Mart.
