How do you change the text tone for the samsung galaxy s2?
-
Ok so I changed the notification tone on my fone but my text tone wont change, is there anyway to change that?
-
Answer:
Well I have the Samsung infuse which is actually in the galaxy family. Go to your entire messaging box, press the edit capacitive button on the bottom and hit settings. Go to notification setting and press notification ringtone. That's how I do it on my infuse, but it might be different on yours. Sorry if this doesn't help!

You might have to download an app called ringtone create like I had to. You can select a tone and then change it to how long you want it to play before it goes off when a text has been sent. This app is free btw

Unfortunatley you can't change it on any android phone, you will need to download an app for it.
