Simplest way to do this is get a MP3 player that supports a audio in cable. EG. I have a creative Zen +. Make a massive play list may be a 4- hour long. Play the file in iTunes put the cable to Zen then press record on Zen. This will lead to a big 4 hour long audio file. After the recording is complete, copy the file to computer hard drive. Open the big audio file in to a audio studio. The place where the song ended will have no wave like things in the picture. Break the files where the waves are smallest. Save the individual tracks. The splitting will take a 1/2 to 1 hour depending upon your expertise. So this will take a lot of time but totally worth it.
