How do I download songs to my phone?

I have a "Samsung Smiley" and I just got a USB cord so I could download music to it. I would like either detailed instructions or a web site that lets me download music to my computer. I can't go on the internet on my phone so it has to be able to transfer to my phone via USB cable. I would like it to be free music as well but I'm flexible about that. Please answer soon.

First download Samsung PC studio from the Samsung website. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SGH-T359FBATMB Open PC studio, then plug your phone into the computer and select PC studio on the phone. Click the phone icon with your phone name, then music, and on your "My Music" or "My Documents" file in your computer, drag the music file into the pc studio "Music" folder.
