When will the iPod touch 5th generation come out?

  • I have a 2nd generation iPod touch, I saved up money to buy a new one, but I don't want to buy the 4th one so late and just have the 5th one come out! I hear about the rumors for iPad 3 coming out in March, I'm thinking it will come out then? Everyone thought iPod 5 was coming out last September, but they only released a white one.

    Fall is more likely. The link is the best site for predicting when Apple will release any of their products. There's more of a science to it than most people realize. BTW, the 4th edition of the Touch was a HUGE step up from previous Touches.

The next iPod touch will not come out anytime soon. September/October is still the timeframe for that to be released.
