How do you downgrade your iPod touch?

I have an iPod touch with iOS 4.3.5 and I need to downgrade it to 4.3.3 in order to jailbreak my iPod using jailbreakme.com Does anyone know how to downgrade it without a computer? Or any other sites that jailbreak your iPod without using a computer? Or with a computer? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! thank you
