How do take your music off one iPod and put it on another?

Not possible, got move it via usb drive or something to hold the file in. An iPod only saves the file aka the songs and not the actual song file. Hope this help. :) Or like the guy above me say, sync it with your computer that you used for your ipod nano. That will allow it to sync your music you original had on your nano to your ipod touch.

hey yup, you can put music from ipod to computer when itunes cannot do that. it's this really nifty little software site i always check out called 4media (mp4converter.net, dunno why that's the website, totally different names, i know). it's called ipod to pc transfer, http://bit.ly/8wIXca. this software can rip the music off your ipod, even when it's no longer available in your itunes. i've used this ever since, although i had to open my itunes to sync it too. =) goodluck man.
