How can you delete songs on ipod shuffle?

How do i delete songs on my ipod shuffle?

• i found an ipod shuffle a while back but i cant figure out how to delete the songs ive tried mp3 rocket 6.1.1 but i dont know how so does any1 know how to do this?

  You have to get an Itunes account and register the device.Then download Itunes to your computer. I had to do the same for an ipod I bought from a pawn shop. But once you register it, the songs on it will disappear when you click on the restore option. That makes it a blank slate. It sucks because there could be some good stuff on there but Apple wants to make sure all music is paid for. They are a bunch of weiners. You will have to uncheck the songs on the playlist once it pops up on the menu. Good luck. I had to take mine to the Apple Store but they exchanged it for a new one. Hope everything works out. Oh, the person that lost it might have registered it and reported it as lost or stolen. Be careful online.
