Itunes can not back up my iPod touch?

Itunes wiped out! How do i transfer all my stuff from ipod touch back to itunes? HELPP!?

  • Everything on my itunes got erased except for the music that i purchased, i think! But i have all of my music, apps, videos, etc. on my ipod touch. Is there anyway i can transfer all that back onto itunes? I have found some programs sharepod and copytrans but idk if they're any good? Can i maybe do it without a program? Thank you i could really use your help:)

    Hello there, as long as your files are still on your iPod, you can get them back to your computer and iTunes easily. This is how I did. I recommend you an iPod Manager software which can: * Convert DVD/video to iPod * Backup iPod files to PC * Import computer file or folder to iPod * Applicable to iPhone as well Hope it helps!

Go to itunes, click itunes in top left corner>preferences>devices and stop auto sync. Then plug in ipod and click on file>transfer purchases. Everything goes back to itunes.
