Help with iPod nano?

HELP, iPod Nano, using 'Shuffle Songs'. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!?

• Hello, I hope someone knows IF this is possible. First of all, Yes, I use iTunes to put all my songs on my iPod. I finally figured out 'how' to make folders on my iPod (going through iTunes). I have a folder called: My Music Within this folder, I have 3 'sub' folder categories called: Modern (Rock/Pop), Country, and Oldies. Now, I've put my songs into the 'appropriate' folders. Separating the 'kind' of music I want to listen to when I'm in the mood. HOWEVER, when you SHUFFLE SONGS, the iPod Nano shuffles ALL the music you have on it. So when I'm listening to the shuffle, it goes from Rock, to Country to Oldies, back and forth, etc. Does anyone KNOW of ANY way to shuffle ONLY the folder I choose???????????? So if I want to listen to ONLY Rock/Pop, I'd like to be able to 'shuffle' ONLY the Rock/Pop folder. But so far, it doesn't seem possible. Does anyone know if the iPod Nano does this or not?????? I've found NO options, or help regarding this. PLEASE, if it IS possible, someone PLEASE tell me how to do it. If not, I may have to just use my other mp3 players to put different kinds of music on each mp3 player and just only put Rock/Pop on my iPod. But I'd sure like to be able to keep ALL the different kinds on. I just don't like the shuffling mixing all the different styles of music together. Anyone know anything about this??!?!?!?   If you make playlists instead of folders, then go into settings and select shuffle songs. When you play the playlist, it will only play the songs in that playlist! To make a new playlist, stick your iPod in, go File, New Playlist, it will come up on te side bar, you write a title, and drag the songs from your library into it. Hope that makes sense :D
