How do I get songs from another itunes library without erasing all my other songs?

All of my other songs are from my dad's itunes on the computer but now i have a laptop, and i just got a bunch of new songs but now i cant manually manage my music and get the new songs on my iphone without it saying "erase and sync" and i don't want to erase all my other songs. how do i get the new songs on my iphone without erasing the other songs?
Answer:

Take a USB Stick or a Harddrive and plug it in to your dad's laptop/pc, then just simply drag the music you want onto the USB/Harddrive. Once it's done, plug it into your laptop and drag all the tracks into your iTunes library, once that is done, sync everything onto your iPhone as usual. It won't delete the songs that are on your iPhone. If your iPhone's songs are on your laptop's iTunes, or if your "main" iPhone sync place is your laptop, it won't erase your songs off your iPhone.
