don't know if you heard of all the scandal of people selling their iPods with music on eBay. not only were they selling their own iPods but buying new ones and loading with music then selling for a higher amount. for example if a new iPod was $250 with no music, they would sell it with music for $350 -$450. therefore making a profit from music that they did not own the copyright for. i would suggest that if you do sell it with music on it it is a totally personal sale - like to a good frend who doesnt have the computer or ability to put music on it themselves. if this is the case thats one thing. but if you are going to sell on ebay or a public site i would restore the iPod to factory settings and allow the buyer to load it themselves. i never understood selling them with music already on it because if the buyer ever wanted to auto sync it they would lose all the music anyway. hope this helped!!
