How do I get my iphone 4s to refresh the itunes match music library?

My iphone music library is no longer in sync with my library on my computer. I've been ripping cds and they've been loaded to icloud successfully, but my iphone version of what I've loaded to the cloud is not the same (a few days behind). I've tried turning off itunes match on the phone (which used to only leave downloaded music visible), then turning it back on, forcing a refresh of the music listing. That's not working anymore. Powering the phone down and restarting has no affect either.

I believe there is no way for that phone to refresh the music library... I would say that you should check for corrupted files for the device... Clean 'em up... Good luck!
