Jailbreak iPod Touch 4th Generation?

  • Hello, is there a jailbreak for the ipod touch 4th g? I know how to do this so if I need to downgrade thats not a problem just looking for software to install cydia thanks!

    iOS 4.1 is not fully jailbreakable yet. There is, however, jailbreaks for iOS 4.1 on older devices like the 3GS (newer bootrom only I think), the 3G, and the iPod Touch 2G (which I've only seen to be truely done with the latest best version of redsn0w which is currently Mac only). Most likely, you will have to wait until the greenposi0n/SHAtter jailbreak is released to jailbreak an iPod Touch 4G. I hope this helps!

if you got the newest software 4.1, then no you cant jailbreak it yet. im also waiting to jailbreak a 4.1. yea there is, if you downgrade then you can jailbreak it. there is a bunch on youtube

No Jailbreak... Yet. And you cant really downgrade that easy, i have tried so far but failed. I'll just wait till they do manage to jailbreak it.
