What are the basic apps that come with the iPod touch 2g?

How do i recover all my purchased apps from my old ipod touch 2g to my ipod touch 3g?

• I previously had an iPod Touch 2g and i ended up selling it to one of my friends, who deleted ALL my apps to add music and movies. I bought about 30 dollars worth of apps on it. and i plan on getting an ipod touch 3g very soon. Is there a way to recover all my purchased apps into itunes? i know on the moto droid, i can easily recover all my purchased apps as long as i have all the personal info from my previous phone.

  Go to itunes on your computer and go into file i think then check for purchases if this doesn't work i know what you're going through my friend reset my ipod touch in return making me lose all my belived apps but what you can do is remember the apps one by one and if you go into the app store it remembers that you have paid for them so at least you don't have to pay twice!
